Ways to use a cricut during embroidery

Cricut machines can't embroider, and embroidery machines can't cut fabric or other blanks.

However, together these two machines can make crafting easier! Here are ways a Cricut can help machine embroiderers out!

1. Cut Applique Fabric

Cut applique fabric with the Cricut to the perfect size so you no longer have to trim in hoop!

2. Cut Patch Shapes

Use your Cricut to cut perfect circles, squares, or whatever shape you need when embroidering patches.

3. Cut Pieces for In-the-Hoop Projects

For example, I love embroidering tear-drop earrings using faux leather cut to the perfect shape by my Cricut.
